We don't have a one size fits all or a standard program we plug everyone into.  We spend time with each prospective client.  We need to know you, we need to know your company and we need to have a good sense of what you want/need to accomplish, in order be of assistance.

 

       - facilitate hiring and transistion  process

Often our new client relationships begin with a Review & Recommend project.  This is a straight forward, cost effective way for us to work together for the first time.  It typically involves less that two days at the client company offices.  The process allows me to analyze the most basic elements of the company, and to truly get to know the needs and intentions of the owner/management.  Details of the review are documented, along with my recommendations.  This type of project is typically completed in less than 30 days.
